- A: AnswerHello astonerii, There is no app for volume or battery level but there are easy ways to get this info while using the RIG 800 PRO HS on a PC. For battery level, simply do a short press of the power button (left ear cup) and the headset will audibly give you the battery level. For volume level, when you adjust volume using the on-ear master volume dial (left earcup, lower dial), a visual battery level will show from the Windows 10/11 system audio settings - typically appearing in the lower, center part of the screen. A: AnswerHi Slickster, We would need to know more about the wireless adapter - is it plugged directly into your PlayStation or PC or is it plugged into the charging base and then into your PlayStation or PC? What color is the indicator light on the adapter? It should be red when powered but not connected, purple when it's connected to the headset. If it's red and the headset says "not connected", you may need to do a manual pairing of the headset to the wireless adapter.
